But it turns out that guy also is annoyed that Koyama didn't give him a birthday gift last year - although Koyama covers that up by calling him petty. Ah, member ai (love).... Or maybe not...?! Ha ha

Highlights: Tackey's reaction when Erika starts unbuttoning her shirt in front of him is so classic!!! It's worth watching this episode just to see that part!! Ha ha~ Anyway, the plot of this story revolves around mystery crop circles, UFO sightings, memory loss and strange marks left on peoples' necks. You'll have to watch the next episode to see how the story ends.

These are the last 2 episodes of the elementary school series. The next 16 episodes are from the junior high series, but I won't be subbing them (or at least not for a while.) There's some people at takki.us fansite that seem to be into subbing T&T stuff these days, so try asking them as they may be interested in subbing the rest of it (I think they're subbing the final series of it anyway.)

Highlights: This is a hilarious clip where Yamapi is a detective who goes on a mission and along the way they play 5 pranks on him. My favorite parts are where he calls for support from other police officers, when he sees a girl's panties, when he's involved in a gun battle and when he curls up in a ball afraid of a giant balloon that is squashing him.

Sorry, but I haven't been in the mood to work more on Aiba's SCP lately, so it'll still be a couple more weeks before I finish it. I find SCPs boring and Aiba tends to bug me at times (and other times I love him!) so I have to be in the mood to work on that clip.
I'll try to get the last two Kaiki Club episodes out this week so that the series is finished and I'll have time to work on other stuff instead. I'm struggling to find clips that I'm motivated to do at the moment so I'm deliberately ignoring a lot of requests until I'm in the right mood to do them. Why aren't there more cute little Shounen Club clips to sub? They're always my favorite as they are short little talking bits and are really quick to do AND funny~! Anyway, I'll write up a list of requested clips that I'll probably work on in the next few months sometime soon (but first I'll go an old SMAPxSMAP show that I missed when I was away for the month traveling. Yay for procrastination!! *hee hee*)

But it seems that the other members actually have more reason to cry than Morimoto did! Oh, and Takkai's big sister is just as dopey as what he is! Their song is catchy, but there is really only one phrase that is repeated a billion times over in it: "Yume mimashou~"

"HEY! HEY! HEY!" show (28 April, 2008) NEWS talk & "Summer Time"

Highlights: My favorite part was Koyama's reaction to Shige's April Fools prank. Gosh, he's a sucker! I also left in a part with a girl with a G-cup bust doing hula hoop just so you can watch Tegoshi's absolute joy at the sight of her swirling her hips around. Ryo doesn't seem at all surprised that Pi must have had practice thrusting his hips all of the previous day (... is it okay if I imagine that practice involving Ryo + a bed...?! I mean, you do get to see Ryo sitting in Pi's lap in this clip, so surely I'm allowed to imagine this scene too!) Oh, and Pi was in a JAWS movie!! And Ryo had a strange fanboy when he was 14... someone who looked a lot, LOT older than him!

Sorry, I accidently left out the part where Shige talks about how he's in the same class as Tanimura at law school (the G-cup girl). Bascially he just says that he's spoken to her 3 times before, but it feels uncomfortable talking to her on this show. I also deliberately left out the part where Tegoshi eats the natto (sticky stibnky beans) pudding, because all he said was "It's really good!" which hardly seemed worth subbing.

I'll work on the Hey!Say!JUMP parts over the next couple of days (it wasn't all that interesting, so I figured I'll leave it and get an early night's sleep instead.)

And thank you to whoever sent me the bear hug~! It made me feel all warm and fuzzy! I love teddy bears and I love hugs! But my favorite part was definitely the sweet comment that went with it. I totally understand about online fandoms sometimes being reallly unkind and all high & mighty. I'm glad that most of the JE fandom is pretty good. *mwah*

It is set in a hospital and there is a lack of dialogue as almost the entire time is taken up with scary music or people screaming/moaning! Ah~~~!!!!

Watch and find out who she says it to (both Tackey & Tsubasa have huge crushes on her, so whose heart will be broken?) and see his reaction to her declaration of love.

Highlights: To promote his new movie "Sushi Ouji," Domoto Koichi from KinKi Kids has released a song under his character's name: Maizu Tsukasa. KAT-TUN's Nakamaru Yuuichi is also in the movie, so he gets stuck trying to demonstrate karate poses in this clip. He fails badly at being a sea turtle, but then Koichi does an even worse job when he tries! I love this "No More" song too. I'm sure Koichi has no idea what he's singing about as it almost completely in English (or rather "Engrish") but it is so catchy! The dance is also pretty cool (depsite the fact that Koichi sucks at dancing.)

"Budou no Ki (Grapevine)" (7 Nov, 2003)

Highlights: This is a very moving (read: tear-jerking!) special one-off drama about people who become foster parents and the kids they take into their family. It is an excellent drama (just ignore the first 10 minutes where they lecture a bit as they try to educate the Japanese public about foster care.) Yamapi plays the teenage foster child role and he is excellent as a deliquent (I guess he was probably going through that phase in real life at the time too!)  I really recommend this drama - but make sure you keep a box of tissues handy as I don't think anyone could ever watch it without crying. I want to tell you my highlights, but I don't want to ruin the story too much, so let me just say that I loved Yamapi's letter to his parents near the end of the drama.

Listening to little Morimoto go round and round in circles as he tries to explain "happiness" rather amuses me as well!

Highlights: You can hear about how Aiba's mom is "funky," Nino refuses to let Arashi use his songs and Sho's crush on a girl who he he didn't speak the same language as and how he spent his whole summer thinking about her. Arashi, KinKi & Gackt also tell scary stories. Personally I loved Koichi's story the best. I can imagine being really freaked out if what happened to him had happened to me! Because of the lack of Arashi members on the show (the others were busy), KinKi also sing "Jidai" with Arashi. It's always funny to hear the older groups singing songs by their juniors!

The file ended up huge because it was such an old clip and the video quality was so poor (and the format sucked!) Sorry about that. I tried to make it a smaller size, but I fail badly at converting older clips. Highlights: A trainee teacher comes to the elementary school. But she is not what she seems. It ends with quite an emotional farewell when she has to leave the school. This episode mostly focuses on the teachers and the kids have very little dialogue and few scenes. But there is one cute scene when Tackey is at home and his mom teases him about how he likes Erika and his dad is obsessed with anyone who is pretty!

He accidently embarrasses himself by saying that he'd ask a girl back to his house after he first met her. You'll also get to see Koichi's lack of energy during aerobic exercise and the way he'd suck at playing peek-a-boo with babies, while Tsuyoshi totally enjoys himself as he dances to the Lalalalai Exercise.

Watch and laugh at Johnnys guys who literally throw the ball (!!) and others who bowl like old ladies, and one guy who even drops the ball backwards!?! ROFL
