Ha ha~ Anyway, the plot of this story revolves around mystery crop circles, UFO sightings, memory loss and strange marks left on peoples' necks. You'll have to watch the next episode to see how the story ends.

Highlights: In my opinion, this is the scariest episode yet! "Look me in the eye" will take on a whole new meaning after watching this! You'll also find yourself looking suspisciously at anyone whose hand in balled up into a fist! It is set in a hospital and there is a lack of dialogue as almost the entire time is taken up with scary music or people screaming/moaning! Ah~~~!!!!

Watch and find out who she says it to (both Tackey & Tsubasa have huge crushes on her, so whose heart will be broken?) and see his reaction to her declaration of love.

"Budou no Ki (Grapevine)" (7 Nov, 2003)

Highlights: This is a very moving (read: tear-jerking!) special one-off drama about people who become foster parents and the kids they take into their family. It is an excellent drama (just ignore the first 10 minutes where they lecture a bit as they try to educate the Japanese public about foster care.) Yamapi plays the teenage foster child role and he is excellent as a deliquent (I guess he was probably going through that phase in real life at the time too!)  I really recommend this drama - but make sure you keep a box of tissues handy as I don't think anyone could ever watch it without crying. I want to tell you my highlights, but I don't want to ruin the story too much, so let me just say that I loved Yamapi's letter to his parents near the end of the drama.

Highlights: You can hear about how Aiba's mom is "funky," Nino refuses to let Arashi use his songs and Sho's crush on a girl who he he didn't speak the same language as and how he spent his whole summer thinking about her. Arashi, KinKi & Gackt also tell scary stories. Personally I loved Koichi's story the best. I can imagine being really freaked out if what happened to him had happened to me! Because of the lack of Arashi members on the show (the others were busy), KinKi also sing "Jidai" with Arashi. It's always funny to hear the older groups singing songs by their juniors!

The file ended up huge because it was such an old clip and the video quality was so poor (and the format sucked!) Sorry about that. I tried to make it a smaller size, but I fail badly at converting older clips. And the huge size makes it impossible for me to upload to many other sites, so I'm afraid you're stuck with just a couple of options at the moment.

Highlights: A trainee teacher comes to the elementary school. But she is not what she seems. It ends with quite an emotional farewell when she has to leave the school. This episode mostly focuses on the teachers and the kids have very little dialogue and few scenes. But there is one cute scene when Tackey is at home and his mom teases him about how he likes Erika and his dad is obsessed with anyone who is pretty!

Highlights: Jero is a black guy who looks like an American rap singer, but apparently sings enka - a kind of old-fashioned Japanese music.
He accidently embarrasses himself by saying that he'd ask a girl back to his house after he first met her. You'll also get to see Koichi's lack of energy during aerobic exercise and the way he'd suck at playing peek-a-boo with babies, while Tsuyoshi totally enjoys himself as he dances to the Lalalalai Exercise.

Hopefully I got the MU links right. MU seems to have a mind of its own lately! Anyway, here's the last of releases for a while. I haven't started working on any new clips for almost 2 weeks now. I'll have to sit down and make a list of where I'm up to and what projects people have requested while I was away. Then I'll see what sounds interesting and what clips I can manage to download. CU & MU are much slower speeds than I've been used to, so I'll have to work out a way around that. I'm not sure if MF or anything else works. It doesn't seem to want to upload for me, so that's not a good sign. I'll spend this weekend playing around on my computer and working out what's possible and what isn't.

Highlights: They play the "Cell Phone Survival Game" where their phones get dumped into a hot spring if they lose. Can you imagine knowing that your phone will die if you lose?! Koyama is determined to kill either Shige or Kusano's phones. Also watch what KAT-TUN could have sounded like if Tegoshi were one of them (he sings their "Harukana Yakusoku" song.)

"The Shounen Club" (21 Aug, 2005) Our Summer - Special review show hosted by Jin & Yamapi

They tease each other about stuff and reminisce about times they've spent together & the Ryo vs Ueda fight. There is a lot of footage and talk about the "Summary" concerts that Johnnys held that summer. Tackey sends a video letter to his beloved Yamapi (making Jin jealous! Jin thinks it's about time Tackey started looking at younger boys, completely ignoring Yampi's shy confessions of love.)

Once again Tackey throws his arms around the girl and saves her from impending danger. My hero~!

I've finished the 100 page translation thing (which was actually really interesting because it was by one client who writes lyrics for a lot of pop singers in Korea and it was about the thoughts behind the lyrics for a lot of his hit songs. But still, 100 pages of thoughts?!) In theory this should be a cushy week at work, but that's what I'd been expecting last week when all hell broke loose, so maybe I shouldn't speak too soon. Hopefully I'll get a couple more Kaiki Club episodes out this week, as well as the making of Kurosagi before I fly out on Saturday.

Yay for completely ignoring work for this evening and not even feeling bad about it~! I've already translated 60 of the 100 page assignment I was suddenly given on Saturday and I've been working 3 peoples' jobs for the last 2 days on top of that extra work, so I think I've earned the right to relax for the evening and do what I want to do. Tomorrow's another day and I'll worry about work then~~!

Highlights: This time the onigokko (hide and seek tag) game is played in a 21 floor building in Tokyo. Koyama & Yuuto direct the game while the other members all have to try to escape for 60 minutes. Shige practices and practices and practices his Elevator Escape Plan (which Koyama predicts won't work) while Kusano crawls around on the floor like a soldier! Taiyo attempts to hold a door closed for 60 minutes, while Inoo runs down 16 flights of stairs non-stop. Watching JE boys being totally scared out of their wits for the entire game is always amusing~!!

What I hope to work on before the end of the month (although I am likely to drop any of these at a moment's notice if something shorter and sparklier comes along! Yes, I know a lot of you have been requesting all sorts of other clips lately too, but I'm leaving soon darn it! And you're all requesting things that are well over my magic 20 minute mark - I'm afraid that things that are more than 20 minutes long tend to feel like a chore at times to me! I much prefer little clips that I can finish and release within an hour of having started working on them! And yes, I know that no one specifically requested this clip, but I like these old onigokko episodes and it's about time I subbed things that I want to as well~) Right, enough of my little "the boss has requested to see me to talk about giving me another major assignment even though she knows I'm busy and don't have time for it" stress that I'm feeling this morning, and back to the list of future projects:

Highlights: Tsubasa is a glasses-wearing, scaredy-cat, stuttering geek. Tackey is a cool kid who has an adventure-loving grandad. Together they set out to find a ghost named Hanako who hangs around the girls bathroom at their school. It is a pretty creepy kids drama with plenty of eerie music and screams! Luckily laughing at Tsubasa's nerdiness takes away a bit of the scariness, but I still don't recommend watching it alone at night!

Highlights: Everything~!!! *flails* Lately I've been back in my "Tsubasa is a bit of a loser" phase, but then I remembered that I have had this sitting almost finished (there were about 6 lines of lyrics that I just could not work out!) and so I thought I should hardsub it so I can clear it off my hard drive and OMG!!! I'd forgotten how *hot* Tsubasa was~!!! *melts into a puddle of drool* Tsubasa is an amazing dancer, his songs are incredibly catchy, he talks slower than a turtle in the interview parts and basically the main thing I come away from this DVD with is the notion that Tsubasa = Sex. Make that "hot, sweaty, hip-rolling, tight pants, close-ups of his crotch, plenty of chest showing" sex

I don't really like sharing hardsubbed versions of offical DVDs, because I know that it is *totally* illegal~! If you can't use clubbox or megaupload, then you'll just have to either find a place where you can download the raw video file (I know of plenty of clubboxes that have it so I never check anywhere else to know where you could find it) or you could just go and buy the actual DVD and then work out how to use the softsubs with that. Or wait and hope that someone posts it up on a streaming site (and that it doesn't get deleted straight away for copyright reasons.)
