Highlights: Someone recently left me a comment saying that my translations deliberately make Kame seem "bitchy." (Maybe my "highlights" comments do, but I don't think my translations deliberately make him seem that way by any means.) Well, I hope that person doesn't watch this clip then, because Kame comes across as a bit of a loser in it (in my opinion). He spends the whole time cooing at the baby otters and ignoring the lady who's trying to talk to him. He reminds me of one of those types who are good with babies & animals, but suck with adults and don't really have any friends. But on the bright side, Kame is VERY GOOD with animals and they seem to love him back too (whereas animals tend to often mistake me for food and bite me!) I mean, I wouldn't put something which otters had slobbered on into my mouth to cut it smaller, but each to their own, I guess.

Highlights: To promote his new movie "Sushi Ouji," Domoto Koichi from KinKi Kids has released a song under his character's name: Maizu Tsukasa. KAT-TUN's Nakamaru Yuuichi is also in the movie, so he gets stuck trying to demonstrate karate poses in this clip. He fails badly at being a sea turtle, but then Koichi does an even worse job when he tries! I love this "No More" song too. I'm sure Koichi has no idea what he's singing about as it almost completely in English (or rather "Engrish") but it is so catchy! The dance is also pretty cool (depsite the fact that Koichi sucks at dancing.)

Kame meets famous people at the bathhouse. Oh, and his impersonation is even worse than what NEWS managed to do on this show!

It's a pity that I can't seem to bring myself to like him, even after watching this show. The only positive thing I can see going for him is that he has a really sweet friendship with Ueda. And what kind of crack was KinKi's Koichi on?!

I know that I've been completely random with the last few things I've subbed, but just let me be. It's not my fault that I love just about every Johnnys unit that every existed!! Ha ha~

I'm still tossing up whether to sub Tackey's One musical or not. If I do that, it will probably take up all my time and be the last thing I can sub before I have to leave. So should I do that one big project or continue to just sub hundreds of tiny clips instead? There's no need to give your opinion, as I'll probably ignore it anyway. I guess I'm just thinking out loud.

[DVD] KAT-TUN's making of LIPS

Highlights: See! I told you the mics are supposed to be flowers and not boxing gloves like everyone else had been saying!! The director says that the theme is a metal forest and one of the staff talks about the mics having no leaves. See! I told you so~! Other than that, um...  I loved watching Jin's posse hanging around him and worrying over his phonecall. Also it was funny to see Nakamaru struck dumb when Taguchi's gag was a higher level than expected. Nakamaru and Ueda together are so sweet~! I love the way they joke togther and obviously get on so well ("Your clothes are great" Ha ha) Kame still seems fake to me, starting with his fake twisted hand "I'm too cool" way of drinking coffee at the very start. Did Kame say he was a pig, or did I just totally mishear that line? (I have trouble understanding Kame - he mumbles too much)

By the way, Kame's overacting in the song is enough to make me remember why I used to always hate him and think he was so fake! Maybe liking him was just a passing phase that's over already? Or maybe I should just never watch KT performing LIPS again, as it makes me seriously want to shoot them!  I had an awful desire to cut off Koki's tongue after watching him this time!!

Kame has done a lot of really interesting interviews while he's been promoting his One Pound of Gospel drama. I used to always want to throttle him because he seemed so cold and mean, but these days I can't help but think I'd actually get on really well with him if I ever met him! Okay, so I said I'm not doing this, but I have no will power! So many people kept asking and seeing as it looks like the normal KT subber is busy with real life (and I'm avoiding doing the silly assignment I was somehow too dumb to refuse in real life) so I decided to take on this project. Someone please teach me how to say "No!" Why is it that I find that one little word so impossible to say?!

 Some of the longer clips that have been requested are tiring me out, so I decided to take a break and sub another short one instead. Hopefully I'll get motivated and finish a couple of the longer ones this weekend. I've just got to find a new book to read to fill in the time while my computer hits turtle pace as it is hardsubbing.

Kame's lack of interest in food doesn't surprise me, but the weird jokes he makes about what he was doing when he was 3 or 4 years old DOES surprise me! Has Kame been hanging out with Jin too much lately and adopted his weird sense of humor?!
