Oh, and I like the Akame photo they take too - ah, for the good old days when they were best friends again...

Highlights: They play the "Cell Phone Survival Game" where their phones get dumped into a hot spring if they lose. Can you imagine knowing that your phone will die if you lose?! Koyama is determined to kill either Shige or Kusano's phones. Also watch what KAT-TUN could have sounded like if Tegoshi were one of them (he sings their "Harukana Yakusoku" song.)

"The Shounen Club" (21 Aug, 2005) Our Summer - Special review show hosted by Jin & Yamapi

They tease each other about stuff and reminisce about times they've spent together & the Ryo vs Ueda fight. There is a lot of footage and talk about the "Summary" concerts that Johnnys held that summer. Tackey sends a video letter to his beloved Yamapi (making Jin jealous! Jin thinks it's about time Tackey started looking at younger boys, completely ignoring Yampi's shy confessions of love.)

I've finished the 100 page translation thing (which was actually really interesting because it was by one client who writes lyrics for a lot of pop singers in Korea and it was about the thoughts behind the lyrics for a lot of his hit songs. But still, 100 pages of thoughts?!) In theory this should be a cushy week at work, but that's what I'd been expecting last week when all hell broke loose, so maybe I shouldn't speak too soon. Hopefully I'll get a couple more Kaiki Club episodes out this week, as well as the making of Kurosagi before I fly out on Saturday.

Sorry for not replying to everyone's comments lately. I'm afraid that real life took priority over replying  ^.^

"One! -the history of Tackey-" DVD (Feb, 2008)

Highlights: It is basically a life history of Tackey where he talks about his dad leaving, growing up kind of poor, meeting his half-brother and building a house for him mom and grandma. There are plenty of purely random dance/magic/song scenes that have absolutely nothing to do with the plot thrown in at random times as well as random let's-sing-the-plot parts! (Can you tell from my highlights that I didn't like it? The bits about Tackey's life were fascinating, but the other couple of hours of random fillers in the show kind of bored and confused me a bit.)

Highlights: This time the onigokko (hide and seek tag) game is played in a 21 floor building in Tokyo. Koyama & Yuuto direct the game while the other members all have to try to escape for 60 minutes. Shige practices and practices and practices his Elevator Escape Plan (which Koyama predicts won't work) while Kusano crawls around on the floor like a soldier! Taiyo attempts to hold a door closed for 60 minutes, while Inoo runs down 16 flights of stairs non-stop. Watching JE boys being totally scared out of their wits for the entire game is always amusing~!!

What I hope to work on before the end of the month (although I am likely to drop any of these at a moment's notice if something shorter and sparklier comes along! Yes, I know a lot of you have been requesting all sorts of other clips lately too, but I'm leaving soon darn it! And you're all requesting things that are well over my magic 20 minute mark - I'm afraid that things that are more than 20 minutes long tend to feel like a chore at times to me! Highlights: Starts with a nice mix of the older Jr's songs ("It's jark in my soul~" will never fail to amuse me!!) In the talk segments poor Senga gets picked on and Tackey admits that he is nothing like Senga at all~!! (So why does it seem that he has such a crush on him lately then?! hee hee) And a HSJ member wants to spend Xmas with Senga rather than with his own family~! But at the same time, that HSJ member also wants to stand next to KAT-TUN's Nakamaru and grabs his hand. How can someone that weird and innocent have already debuted??!! The segment ends with KJ8 who I don't dare comment on for fear of striking the wrath of their fans again.
